Can't get gift cards purchased in December 2025
I've been trying since December to redeem the three gift cards that I purchased on your app, and I have not had any luck in redeeming them or finding out where they're located. I have tried since the end of November. I made a $15 purchase to start playing hit a lucky strike got up to $250 my account immediately got locked they asked for all kind of documentation of which I sent plus some.
This as gone on for so long they don’t want to resolve this apparently I didn’t lose enough to pay out $250!
They have absolutely no customer support at all. Now they don’t respond at all

I purchasied $80 in coins. I had logged out and when i went back they had locked me out and closed my account saying I had 2 acct.
and only 1 was ok so of course they took the 1 that had my $ on Instead of the account that was my cousin used so Google auto filled my info in their account but with their email.
So instead of letting me know this problem arose. They stole my $ closed my account and robbed me with no refund given
Very upset, I've sent all documents in, and still can't access my money. I bought packages for SC numerous times, and when I'm ready to cash out, I'm unable to access my account at all.
I simply requested they update my account after I was divorced and my name changed.
Now I can't access my account, my money, and can't get a hold of a real person to save my life to resolve whatever issue they still have that is keeping me from my own money. This is ridiculous, and I am very unsatisfied.

After purchasing 3 packages for SC coins, I was trying to verify my account and report my name change. I sent in my new ID, which had the new name, address, and is dated within the last 60 days, and I am still locked out of my account.
I have over $80 in my account that I can't access for play or withdrawing. This is very upsetting, and I need that money.

Locked out of my account
I have redemptions that total $2,700 and still had $100 in my account to play with, and I was all of a sudden locked out of my account. They finally reached out to me and told me that I violated the terms of service, which is completely false. So, they took my money (a lot) until I won, and then locked me out and told me my account is permanently closed.

My wife and I have a joint account. We used her debit card to purchase our packages.
They accepted the withdrawals from my account, I won and was excited. But when it came time for me to redeem, they denied my redemption. I sent in all documents requested, yet my redemption was denied. I had no problem redeeming on other gaming sites using the same method of payment and redemption.
I have recently put in a complaint with customer service; hopefully, they will allow my wife and me to redeem. Because we enjoyed the site. But customer service should be more helpful when it's clear that it's my account the money was taken from.
My redemption should be able to go to the same account. Great games, but it's too difficult to redeem.

They allowed me to play after signing up. After I won and had a redemption pending, they blocked my account.
I even sent all verifications that I live in VA, which is not a restricted state; they still did not allow me access to the site or my winnings! All of that even after I have been verified!
I even took a copy of the WHATSMYIP, which clearly showed I'm not in a restricted state, a lease that started 9/2/25. They are full of it!

They blocked me after I won and I want to withdraw then they locked
Today I logged in to play and I spent more than $600. After that, I wanted to withdraw money and take a picture for my identification before withdrawing.
The account is locked, and I couldn't log back in.
My money is still there: $1,440. I tried to call and contact customer service, but no one contacted me to fix the issue and let me log in to my account so I can withdraw my money.

Oh this same thing happened to me. They didn’t lock me out but I waited over a week for a response.
I had screenshots for proof that the app glitched and they said there was no issue nor glitch. I didn’t get even get my top up coins. They also have been taking more than warranted with spins. Today it now won’t let me top up, and they said I had to wait 48 hours for the investigation which last time it was a week.
I’m not locked out apparently yet I can’t play. Someone there is quite literally putting the money into their own pockets.
